Patently Perfect

Again, colors may come and colors may go, but it’s difficult to go too far wrong with black. So if you combine basic black and patent leather, chances are you’ve got a winner of a purse.
Of course, you want something that’s going to make it stand out in order to be superfantastic. That’s why I love this black patent leather clutch by Kenneth Jay Lane. Classic it may be - timeless, even - but it won’t get mixed up with anyone else’s bag in the cloakroom or on a restaurant table.
Between the half-bow detail and the charming enamled ladybug ornament, it stands out in a crowd of ordinary clutches.
It’s practical, too. The flap closes with a magnetic clasp, and there’s also an interior zipper just in case. It even comes with a signature mirror.
